Justin Freishtat.

Justin Freishtat is a fund manager and capital markets executive with extensive experience in fund formation, capital raising, investor relations, and investment platform development. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Alpha Tactical Partners, Justin oversees capital formation, investor communications, fund structuring, and strategic growth initiatives. This represents the fifth investment fund he has either founded or actively managed, providing him with deep experience across the operational, regulatory, and investor-facing aspects of fund management.

Over the course of his career, Justin has generated over $100 million in lifetime revenues. He has worked closely with accredited investors, family offices, qualified purchasers, institutional partners, and strategic partners. His capital formation experience spans hedge funds, private equity vehicles, and real estate investment structures, with a strong emphasis on transparency, investor alignment, and disciplined stewardship of capital.

Justin has supported over $1 billion in cumulative project and investment pipeline across trading strategies, private equity investments, and real estate development initiatives. His role in these projects has included capital sourcing, investor structuring, strategic positioning, and ongoing investor relations—ensuring clear communication, proper governance, and alignment between investment managers and their investors.

Earlier in his career, Justin spent a decade helping build Heartland Foods into a scaled enterprise generating $87 million in lifetime revenue prior to its successful acquisition by a private equity firm in 2022. This experience provided foundational insight into operational scaling, institutional transaction processes, and value creation through disciplined execution.

Justin later served on the board of publicly traded SafeSpace Global (OTC: SSGC), where he held the role of Capital Advisory Chair and Head of Investor Relations. In this capacity, he worked closely with executive leadership, shareholders, and capital markets participants to support investor communications, capital markets strategy, and governance. His experience in a public company environment reinforced the importance of regulatory awareness, compliance discipline, and transparent investor engagement. Justin amicably left SSGC at the end of 2025 to launch Alpha Tactical Partners after successfully facilitating a $10m round of funding.

As a private investor, Justin maintains a diversified portfolio across hedge funds, real estate development, and private equity. This personal investment activity reinforces his commitment to disciplined capital allocation and alignment with investors.

Justin’s experience across fund formation, capital raising, investor relations, and governance provides the foundation for his leadership at Alpha Tactical Partners. His approach is grounded in transparency, disciplined execution, and a long-term commitment to building investor trust while responsibly stewarding capital.
